We are in the early days of Autumn. My most favorite season to cook and entertain in.
Something about the crisp fresh air and gorgeous colors outside that just make me yearn for old fashioned dishes, great company, and endless cozy drinks.
It is with that in mind that I’ve curated our Autumn Creole Tea.
Smoky hearty things, deeply spiced bites, roasted robust veggies, and of course scrumptious baked treats worthy of savoring.
Add to that the incredible blessing of Chef Wanda Blake’s first Tasmanian visit, and quite frankly Nina has had to pull me off the ceiling to finish the planning!
